Bhd. was established in year 2009 with an aim to be a leading company in the field of retrofitting, rehabilitation and refurbishment works that require vast design knowledge from Geotechnical to Structures design. The company had completed many projects based on design and build. The company initial paid-up capital is more than half a million and the current authorised capital of the company is one million. With respect to CIDB registration, ZEOBINA had acquired Grade G5.

The company has participated and completed some reasonable size of projects ranging from geotechnical and structural works. Initially, the company begins its business by providing technical advice and consultancy services for some geotechnical and building companies before gradually expanding into actual construction works. Over the years, the company had embarked and successfully completed few private projects that includes infrastructure, geotechnical and building fields.

 

ZEOBINA Sdn. Bhd.’s almost 70% shares are owned by Bumiputera, with respect to shareholder cum director. En Anuar bin Arifin and En Johari in addition with the chairman being Ir. Azlan whom has acquired vast experience in the government and private sectors.
